Enter your crowd and how you check people in - the tool works out how many scan lanes you need, the peak queue wait, and how many guests would still be outside at showtime. Minute-by-minute simulation, grounded in real door-throughput data. No sign-up.
Your door plan renders here
Fill in the form and the tool simulates the queue minute by minute, tells you how many lanes to run, and shows exactly when the crush hits - so you can staff the door right the first time.
Under the hood
A trained scanner does about 5-6 guests per minute per lane; bag checks roughly halve that. Those are published door-throughput figures, not guesses - and every one links to its source.
Crowds do not arrive evenly. Most bunch into the last 45-90 minutes before start, by event type. The tool simulates that peak minute by minute instead of using a flat average.
Lanes to run, peak wait, guests still outside at showtime, and a resolution-desk plan for the 2-5% who hit a problem. Share the link with your door team.
Then scan them in
Venuera's Check-in add-on scans QR/PDF tickets across multiple devices, works without signal, and shows live entry stats - so the door moves as fast as this plan says it can.
