Per-date availability & seat maps

Recurring Events ·5 min read ·Updated June 2026
You're here because

different dates in your series have different capacity - or a different room layout - and you need each one tracked separately.

A recurring event isn’t one big pool of tickets – each occurrence has its own availability. Sell out Friday and Saturday is still open.

Capacity per occurrence

Each ticket type has one capacity, but sales are counted separately for every date – so each date has its own independent remaining count and one date selling out never affects another. Buyers see what’s left for the specific date they choose, and overselling is blocked per occurrence at add-to-cart and checkout. A sold-out date still appears in the date picker; the “Sold out” / “X left” indicator shows on the ticket once that date is selected.

Seat maps per occurrence

If you use the Venue Designer, a seat map applies per occurrence too. Seat 4A being taken on Friday doesn’t affect Saturday – each date has its own live seat availability drawn from the same room layout you designed once.

Each date carries its own remaining capacity and seat availability.
