Export field data
You're here because
you’ve collected meal choices, sizes and contact details and now need them in a spreadsheet for the caterer, printer or door team.
Everything attendees enter comes straight through to your attendee export – no copying answers out by hand.
In the export
Each custom field becomes its own column in the CSV (and appears on the printable PDF list). So a “Meal choice” field gives you a Meal choice column you can hand to the caterer, and “T-shirt size” gives you a size breakdown for the printer.
Filter first
Export per event – and per date for a recurring series – so the caterer for Friday’s dinner gets Friday’s numbers, not the whole run.
Clean inputs, clean output: dropdowns and radios export consistent values, which makes totals (42 vegetarian, 18 vegan) immediate. Multi-select checkbox answers export as a comma-separated list in that field’s single column. Note: custom-field columns appear only when you pick a specific event (not “All Events”).
