Sales & check-in reports

You’re here because…

you want the numbers — how many tickets sold, how much you earned, and how many people actually showed up.

Venuera summarises each event’s performance so you don’t have to add up orders by hand.

Sales

For any event you can see tickets sold and revenue, broken down by ticket type. Because every sale is a WooCommerce order, the standard WooCommerce → Reports / Analytics screens also work and let you slice by date range, product and more.

Check-in / attendance

Each event shows live counts: sold, checked in and remaining. These are the same figures the Check-in app shows at the top of the scan screen, and they update as people are admitted. For a recurring series, the counts are per date so you can compare attendance across occurrences.

If you use the POS, its shift reports add a third view: what each cashier took in cash and card during their shift, for reconciling the till at the end of the night.
