Find a group by order number
someone arrives with a group on one booking, or has lost their ticket, and you need to admit them by name or order rather than a scan.
Not everyone arrives with a scannable ticket. The app’s guest list lets you find and admit people by searching, so a lost ticket or a group booking is no obstacle.
Search the guest list
Open the searchable guest list and look someone up by order number, ticket ID, or attendee / buyer name and contact. The matching tickets appear with their current status.
Admit a whole group
To admit a whole booking in one action, scan or type the order’s QR/number into the scanner or manual box – every ticket on it is checked in at once. (Searching the order number in the guest list filters the rows; from there you admit each ticket with its own Check-in button.)
Manual check-in
From the list you can check a ticket in by hand. It runs the same rules as a scan, so an already-used or wrong-night ticket is still flagged even when admitted manually.
