Reuse a venue on many events

You're here because

you run lots of events in the same room and don’t want to redraw the seating chart every time.

A venue is designed once and reused. The room layout is separate from any single event, so the same chart powers every show you hold there.

Attach the same venue anywhere

When you create a new event in a room you’ve already drawn, just select that venue. The map, seats, zones, tables and labels come along – you only set what’s specific to this event (date, price tweaks).

Availability is per event, layout is shared

Reusing a venue shares the layout, never the availability. Each event (and each occurrence of a recurring event) tracks its own sold seats, so last night’s sales never bleed into tonight’s map.

Update once, applies everywhere: fix a mislabelled row in the venue and every event using it – existing and new – shows the corrected layout, because they all share the one live chart. (Already-sold seats keep their records; only the map updates.)
