Scan barcodes & look up orders

You're here because

you’re working the POS and also need to admit people or look up an existing order at the same counter.

The POS has a scan box and an order lookup, so the counter can ring up sales quickly and pull up a past order when needed.

Scan a barcode into the cart

Use the POS Scan button – or a connected USB/Bluetooth barcode reader – to scan a product’s barcode straight into the cart. The scan types the barcode into the search box and filters the grid to the matching product; tap it to add it to the cart.

Look up a past order

From the refund flow you can search or scan an order to see everything a buyer purchased, including its tickets – useful when handling a return or checking what someone bought.

Checking guests in

Admitting attendees at the door is handled by the dedicated Check-in app, not the POS: the app scans tickets, enforces the check-in rules and works offline. A small venue can run one tablet as the box office and a second device (or the same one, switched to the app) for the door.
